INVESTMENT HOUSING SINGLE-FAMILY OPERATOR OF THE YEAR
Nominees will be evaluated on criteria including: the overall quality of single-family properties represented in their portfolios; upholding strong standards of integrity, fairness and professionalism; noteworthiness of properties, accomplishments, financial performance or obstacles overcome; success in achieving their goals; contributions made to the quality of life in their communities.
INVESTMENT HOUSING MULTI-FAMILY OPERATOR OF THE YEAR
Nominees will be evaluated on criteria including: the overall quality of multi-family properties represented in their portfolios; upholding strong standards of integrity, fairness and professionalism; noteworthiness of properties, accomplishments, financial performance or obstacles overcome; success in achieving their goals; contributions made to the quality of life in their communities.
INVESTMENT HOUSING RENOVATOR OF THE YEAR
Nominees will be evaluated on criteria including: the scale and quality of renovations completed or begun in the previous year; overall aesthetic outcome of renovations; noteworthiness of properties, accomplishments or obstacles; and success in achieving goals.
INVESTMENT HOUSING BUILDER OF THE YEAR
Nominees will be evaluated on criteria including: the overall quality of projects completed or begun in the previous year; innovative development strategies; noteworthiness of properties, accomplishments or obstacles overcome; and success in achieving their goals.
INVESTMENT HOUSING IMPACT INVESTOR OF THE YEAR
Nominees will be evaluated on criteria including: making investment decisions that aligned with the overall vision of impact investing and bringing solutions that significantly improved the housing situation for those in the US workforce.
INVESTMENT HOUSING DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR
Nominees will be evaluated on criteria including: the scale and quality of developments completed in the previous year; noteworthiness of properties, accomplishments or obstacles; and success in achieving goals.
THE 20 MILE MARCH AWARD
In 1911, two groups raced to the south pole. One group marched 20 miles each day, regardless of the prevailing conditions. The other did not. The group marching 20 miles each day reached the south pole 34 days before the other team, and safely returned. This award recognizes the organization that has shown a commitment to hitting targets day after day, year after year, regardless of the prevailing conditions.
THE COMPASS AWARD
